We shortlist it for organizations across India, in NCR (Gurgaon, Delhi, Noida region), Chandigarh tricity, Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, and other tier-2 and tier-3 cities.

We have partnered with multiple organizations in different cities all over India for their hiring requirements. We work with teams in real estate, construction and infrastructure development, education, and in IT.

How It Works?

First Call

We speak with the candidates to discuss their work experiences, their career path, and any questions or preferences. For organizations, we discuss their hiring cycle, hiring needs, and specific criteria if any.

Interview

We screen the candidates and setup the interview onsite, or sometimes a remote call for distant -located candidates. The logistics and follow up calls or emails complete the interviewing cycle.

Rewards

Within a few days of when the candidate joins, they see the rewards. The organization onboards them in their processes, and it is a win-win for both sides of the table.
